Today I tried doing a matte manicure with a semi-DIY method. Instead of buying or making matte polish, I just painted on some regular polish and held it over some steam from a pot of boiling water (thanks to Michelle Phan for the instructions). The effect worked but they ended up really messy, so I basically covered it all up with stickers. I think it looks cute and springy. Keep it classy -Allie
